Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–7 years of experience in project scheduling or related fields.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Project including scheduling concepts.
• Knowledge of waterfall planning and schedule development.
• Familiarity with Agile concepts: sprints, backlogs, releases.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to obtain/maintain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and update integrated project schedules using Microsoft Project.
• Translate program scope and activities into executable schedules.
• Identify dependencies, milestones, critical paths, and driving paths.
• Incorporate Agile releases and sprints into the schedule.
• Facilitate schedule development and status meetings with owners.
• Coordinate inputs from subcontractors and suppliers; prepare data for reviews.
• Ensure schedules align with WBS and contractual requirements.
