Job summary

SCAN Health Plan is seeking a remote-enabled Sales Support specialist to back the Integrated Care Delivery Sales team. You will help build relationships with leadership across Assisted Living, Memory Care and Skilled Nursing Facilities while driving opportunities for sales presentations and community events.

The role requires 3+ years in sales support, solid Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support experience, preferably in long-term care communities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and/or nursing community dynamics.
• PC skills including Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Care Delivery sales team with relationships in assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing facilities; initiate opportunities for sales presentations and community events.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Produce reports to measure enrollment and production data for sales reps.
• Promote member retention by assisting reps in resolving inquiries and proactively communicating with communities, clinical teams, families and members.
• Share best practices to enhance team production.
• Follow CMS, MIPPA and Compliance Dept. guidelines; adhere to production goals and report on growth.
• Attend educational workshops to maintain professional/technical knowledge.
• Support SCAN’s vision and strategic goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
