Job summary

SCAN Group in Long Beach, CA, seeks a Sales Support professional to back the Integrated Care Delivery sales team. You will help build relationships with leadership in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing facilities and assist with campaigns, reporting, and community communications.

The role focuses on supporting enrollment data, retention efforts, and cross-team best practices in a mostly remote, hybrid setting.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support experience in long-term care communities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and nursing community dynamics.
• Proficient in Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to deliver impactful presentations.
• Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing/Home environment.
• Able to work independently and in a remote office setting.

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Care Delivery sales team by building relationships with leadership and stakeholders in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Produce reports to measure enrollment and production data for sales reps.
• Promote member retention by assisting sales reps and communicating with communities, clinical teams, family members and members.
• Share best practices to enhance team production.
• Adhere to production goals and generate reports on growth objectives.
• Follow CMS, MIPPA and compliance policies in sales/marketing activities.
• Attend educational workshops to maintain knowledge.
• Support SCAN's vision and strategic goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
