Job summary

SCAN is seeking a proactive Integrated Care Delivery Sales Support role in a mostly remote, hybrid environment with on-site days in Long Beach, CA. You will back the sales team with lead generation, campaigns, and member communications across Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing facilities.

The role requires 3+ years in sales support within long-term care, solid Medicare/Medicaid knowledge, and strong Microsoft Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support experience in Long Term Communities preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and/or nursing community dynamics.
• PC Skills including: Email, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to deliver impactful presentations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products.
• Comfortable working in a Skilled Nursing Home and Long Term Care environment.
• Assertive self-starter able to influence others and make quick connections.
• Proven ability to work independently and remotely.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Care Delivery sales team with building relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities and initiating opportunities for sales presentations, community events, and resident activities.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Produce reports that measure enrollment and production data for sales reps.
• Promote member retention by addressing inquiries and communicating with communities, clinical teams, families, and members.
• Share best practices across the team to boost production.
• Follow production goals and implement performance standards.
• Create comprehensive reports on production data and growth objectives.
