Job summary

SCAN Health Insurance seeks a proactive sales support professional to back the Integrated Care Delivery team across assisted living, memory care, and skilled nursing facilities. You will help drive lead generation, campaigns, and member communications, while producing enrollment and production reports.

You will collaborate with clinical teams and communities to resolve inquiries and uphold CMS/MIPPA guidance, contributing to ambitious growth objectives and a remote-friendly work environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support experience in long-term care communities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and nursing home dynamics.
• Proficient in Email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with presentation skills.
• Comfort in a Skilled Nursing Home environment.
• Self-starter who can influence others and connect quickly.
• Ability to work independently in a remote office.

Responsibilities

• Support Integrated Care Delivery sales team by building relationships with leaders in assisted living, memory care, and SNFs.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Produce reports to measure enrollment and production data for sales reps.
• Promote member retention by resolving inquiries and communicating with communities, clinical teams, families, and members.
• Share best practices to improve team production.
• Adhere to production goals and create reports tracking growth objectives.
• Follow CMS, MIPPA, and compliance guidelines in sales/marketing activities.
• Maintain knowledge by attending educational workshops.
• Support SCAN’s vision and strategic goals.
• Other duties as assigned.
