Job summary

SCAN is a nonprofit health organization serving more than 500,000 people across several Western states. The role provides operational support for the Integrated Care Delivery Sales team, including lead generation, campaigns, member communications, and data analysis.

You will help build relationships with Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities, support sales campaigns, and produce enrollment reports while adhering to CMS and MIPPA guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales support experience in Long Term Communities.
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and nursing community dynamics.
• Proficient in Email, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication with impactful presentations.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Comfortable in a Skilled Nursing Home and Long Term Care environment.
• Self-starter who can influence others and work independently.
• Experience working in a remote office setting.

Responsibilities

• Support the Integrated Care Delivery sales team in building relationships with leadership and key stakeholders in Assisted Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing Facilities.
• Initiate opportunities for sales presentations, community events, and resident activities.
• Assist in developing and executing sales and marketing campaigns.
• Produce reports to measure enrollment and production data for sales reps.
• Help retain members by resolving inquiries and communicating with communities, clinical teams, families and members.
• Share best practices to boost team production and meet growth objectives.
• Adhere to CMS, MIPPA, and other regulations and participate in ongoing education.
• Support SCAN’s vision and strategic goals; perform other duties as assigned.
