Job summary

Heritage Builders is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first point of contact for prospective customers. This remote, part-time role requires handling inbound calls, gathering information, qualifying opportunities, and scheduling appointments with homeowners in the Eastern Time zone.

You will join a growing residential roofing platform and support a centralized contact center across multiple locations. Evening and weekend coverage is required, with a professional, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, inside sales, appointment setting, or similar roles.
• Excellent verbal communication and phone skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work remotely with CRM and scheduling software.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound customer calls professionally and promptly
• Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers
