Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
• Familiarity with Lead Docket preferred; willingness to learn.
• Bilingual Spanish is a plus for diverse client communication.
• Proficiency with Outlook/Office 365 for email and scheduling.
• Ability to work remotely with proactive communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for all new client intake across Family Law and Personal Injury.
• Effectively communicate the value of paid consultations and encourage scheduling and payment.
• Coordinate on-site and remote consults to ensure timely readiness.
• Qualify and triage prospective Personal Injury clients to align with firm capabilities.
• Enter and update lead information in Lead Docket for follow-up.
• Manage calendar bookings in Lead Docket and Outlook with attorneys.
• Follow up with no-show clients to reschedule consultations.
• Coordinate conflict checks and maintain a conflict log for smooth service.
• Assist in refining intake scripts and processes to improve efficiency.
