Job summary

Modern Family Law in Colorado is seeking a friendly Intake Specialist to welcome potential clients and guide them through initial interactions with the firm. This role blends remote work with occasional in-office meetings as needed, offering a dynamic environment in a rapidly growing practice.

You will manage inquiries across email, chat, and phone, perform conflict checks, maintain accurate CRM records, and coordinate meetings with attorneys.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years experience in sales, customer service, or related field.
• Experience in legal intake or client service is a plus.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Apple products; typing 50 WPM+.
• Strong written and verbal communication; calm in stressful situations.
• Excellent organizational skills with multitasking ability.

Responsibilities

• Monitor inquiries across email, chat, and web forms and set expectations.
• Conduct conflict checks to ensure policy compliance.
• Answer calls with empathy and transfer as needed.
• Manage client records in CRM with accuracy.
• Process fee agreements and retainer transactions.
• Schedule meetings and initial consultations for attorneys.
• Follow up with potential clients via phone, email, or chat.
• Track follow-up activities and maintain CRM records.
• Identify high priority leads and escalate to attorneys.
• Participate in weekly intake meetings and drive improvements.
• Collaborate with marketing, IT, and sales for smooth client experiences.
