Job summary

Alert Communications is seeking a Full-Time Intake Specialist (Legal Services) to serve as the premier contact for individuals reaching out to our partner law firms. You will evaluate and qualify inquiries, deliver compassionate care, and ensure a smooth onboarding process from the very first interaction.

Remote role for Arizona residents (excluding Flagstaff); you should have a strong phone presence, be willing to work one weekend day and holidays, and bring experience in customer service or

Qualifications

Arizona residents only (excluding Flagstaff) for remote role.
Clear, empathetic phone presence to guide legal callers effectively.
Willingness to work one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) and assigned holidays.
Background in customer service, call centers, sales, or hospitality.
Typing speed of at least 35 WPM.
Spanish/English bilingual skills are strongly preferred.
Proficient with computers and navigating multiple software platforms.

Responsibilities

Evaluate and qualify incoming inquiries.
