Inbounds.com is a fast-growing legal intake center that supports law firms nationwide. We are seeking a detail-oriented Legal Intake Specialist to be the first point of contact for potential clients.

This fully remote role requires strong communication, organization, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, conduct intake interviews, and ensure accurate documentation in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in legal intake, call center, or client-facing roles preferred.
• Familiarity with personal injury and motor vehicle accident cases is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Comfortable using CRM systems and technology tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound and outbound calls and respond to web inquiries from potential clients.
• Conduct structured intake interviews, primarily for motor vehicle accident cases.
• Accurately document case details in our CRM system.
• Identify qualified cases and follow proper escalation or transfer protocols.
• Maintain professionalism, empathy, and urgency in every interaction.
• Follow up with leads as needed to complete intakes or gather missing information.
• Meet daily/weekly performance metrics (call handling, conversion, quality).
