Job summary

Moradi Neufer LLP is seeking an Intake Coordinator to be the first friendly voice for prospective clients. This full-time, hourly role is 100% remote from a quiet space with reliable internet, and you will guide callers, collect information, schedule consultations, and prepare fee agreements.

No prior law firm experience required; we will train you. You’ll work with our team to ensure client onboarding runs smoothly, support marketing efforts, and help maintain organized client files in our CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing roles and ability to engage empathetically with clients.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort with technology and learning new tools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Be the warm, welcoming voice on intake calls with prospective clients, listening closely and guiding conversations.
• Guide callers through the intake questionnaire and explain what working with our firm looks like.
• Coordinate scheduling for attorneys and book phone/video consultations; follow up to confirm appointments.
