Job summary

Celerity Staffing is seeking remote Certified Pharmacy Technicians to join a specialty intake team for a Wisconsin-based pharmacy client. Responsibilities include handling patient and provider communications, enrolling patients, and ensuring accurate prescription processing.

Required CPhT certification and state licensure, strong computer skills, and excellent communication. Flexible hours and weekday shifts are available; background check and education verification follow conditional offer.

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications include a high school diploma or GED.
• National Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification and state registration/licensure as required by your state of residence.
• Proficient computer and software skills.
• Ability to work scheduled hours with flexibility based on department needs.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive patient information.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key contact for patients, healthcare providers, and insurance representatives while ensuring accurate enrollment and documentation.
• Process prescriptions for specialty pharmacy patients and coordinate with providers.
• Support patients throughout the intake process by collecting and maintaining information and ensuring proper prescription setup.
