Job summary

Paradigm is seeking a detail‑oriented Senior Intake Coordinator to join our Intake Operations team. The role focuses on professional phone intake and creating DME and Home Health referrals to support injured workers and providers.

The position is fully remote with a Monday–Friday schedule, and emphasizes accurate referral creation, timely communication, and high‑quality service across internal and external partners.

Qualifications

• Education/Training: Some college credit and/or experience in a related discipline.
• Experience: At least one year working with Injured Workers or Workers’ Compensation Insurance.
• Skills: Excellent communication, reading and math; strong computer skills with attention to accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible to receive and answer phone calls in a professional, timely manner, assisting with processing DME and HH referrals.
• Communicate messages to internal teams effectively and maintain payer billing location information.
• Create DME and Home Health referrals, manage files and documents for faxes, invoices, and notes.
• Notify internal departments about new referrals and follow up on inquiries within policy.
