Qualifications

• One year of intake experience in home health preferred.
• Customer service experience required.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Experience with insurance verification and pre-authorizations.
• Experience with Medicare/VA/commercial payers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, organize, and input patient data into the Home Health software.
• Verify insurance coverage and determine agency acceptance based on policies.
• Fielding calls and emails from patients and providers.
• Schedule visits and coordinate therapy and nursing services.
• Maintain EMR documentation and orders, ensure timely submissions for billing.
• On-call rotation duties.
