Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience with medical scheduling.
• Ability to use multiple tech platforms simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Customer-service oriented.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficiency in medical terminology desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start of care visits using the Float Health platform and tools.
• Match nurses to patients and manage offers in the marketplace.
• Onboard patients and confirm logistics for home visits.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Support scheduling, rescheduling, and staffing decisions.
• Collaborate across teams via shared queues and Slack.
