Job summary

Float Health is seeking an Intake Specialist to manage new patient referrals and coordinate start-of-care visits from a fully remote US base. You will liaise between pharmacies, nurses, and patients, using Zendesk and Google Suite to orchestrate scheduling, staffing, and onboarding with care and precision.

Qualifications

• Experience scheduling patient visits or healthcare appointments.
• Ability to juggle multiple digital tools while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with empathy for patients and providers.
• Comfort with high-urgency tasks and shift flexibility.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate start-of-care visits using the Float Health platform and tools.
• Match nurses to patients and onboard them to the platform.
• Communicate with pharmacies, nurses, and patients via email, phone, chat, and SMS.
• Manage logistics, scheduling, and reschedule requests while maintaining data quality.
• Collaborate with internal teams in shared queues and Slack.
• Identify process improvements and provide feedback on systems.
