Jerry is seeking a Customer Operations teammate to help customers manage car and home assets with warmth and speed. This fully remote role focuses on delivering exceptional service, deep product knowledge, and proactive problem solving across a growing insurance ecosystem.

You will handle inbound customer needs, navigate our app to assist policyholders, and contribute to product feedback. A friendly, team-oriented attitude is essential for success at Jerry.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales or hospitality is a plus.
• Must be genuinely friendly, positive and team oriented.
• Strong work ethic and problem solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers and anticipate needs beyond their questions.
• Handle inbound calls from policyholders and process changes.
• Develop product knowledge across a large panel of insurers to guide customers.
• Resolve inquiries efficiently through problem solving.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Provide feedback on product improvements based on customer input.
