Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Take care of customers by addressing needs and identifying issues they might not know to ask about.
• Answer inbound calls from policyholders who need changes.
• Learn the product deeply to guide customers across multiple insurance providers.
• Resolve inquiries effectively through problem solving.
• Process service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Contribute feedback to improve the product and share customer insights.
