Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and anticipating their needs beyond what is asked.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies, and policy changes.
• Knowing the product inside out to match customers with the right coverage.
• Solving problems to remove barriers between a customer and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests—vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback.
