Afni, Inc. is seeking entry-level Insurance Service Representatives to handle policy servicing, billing inquiries and general questions from customers. You will work remotely from home in North Carolina, providing high-quality service and problem solving in a fast-paced environment.

Successful candidates will be detail-oriented, communicative and dependable, with a desire to grow in the insurance industry and the ability to use multiple systems to complete transactions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to address customer concerns empathetically and professionally.

• Proficiency with computers and multiple applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service via inbound phone interactions.
• Assist customers with policy servicing, updates, billing inquiries and general questions.
• Explain insurance products and policy details to customers.
• Document interactions, maintain records in company systems.
• Resolve customer concerns while maintaining a positive experience.
• Navigate multiple systems to access account information and complete transactions.
• Follow policies, compliance requirements, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to transfer to licensed agents when needed.
• Meet quality, productivity, attendance and customer satisfaction targets.
