Afni, Inc. is seeking Non-Licensed Insurance Service Representatives to join our remote team in North Carolina.

You will be the primary contact for customers, handling policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance services with a customer-first mindset. We offer starting pay at $16.50/hour with a 40-hour work week, and top earners can receive an additional $3/hour bonus, supporting a potential up to $19.50/hour.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Navigate multiple systems simultaneously to access account information and complete transactions.

Top Insurance Service Representatives earn an additional $3 per hour with bonus!

We are seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented Non-Licensed Insurance Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support with policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance-related services.

Representatives will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while assisting customers with service needs. Successful candidates are professional communicators who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Work Environment

• Work at home phone-based customer support environment.
• Distraction-free work space with 4 walls and a door, no electronics, people, pets, noise, etc.
• Ability to work scheduled shifts, including occasional overtime based on business needs.

• Candidate must have cable or fiber optic internet service provider and ability to plug equipment directly into a modem (No WiFi)

• Experience meeting quality and productivity goals.
