• Six months in a service or sales environment.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.

• Available to work assigned shifts including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Take inbound calls and identify needs; match products and solutions.
• Educate customers on products and services; identify upsell opportunities.
• Read disclosures verbatim and communicate coverages clearly using provided resources.
• Resolve inquiries by researching, analyzing, and resolving insurance/service-related issues.
• Engage with a diverse customer base; tailor assistance to policyholder needs.
