Jerry.ai is seeking a Customer Operations team member to take great care of customers, answer inbound calls, and navigate a broad panel of insurers. You will learn the product deeply to advise customers and resolve issues, while helping ship improvements in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team.
• Strong work ethic and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers by anticipating needs and discovering issues they may not ask about.
• Answering inbound calls from policyholders needing changes.
• Getting deep on the product to match the right insurer and options for each customer.
• Solving problems to resolve inquiries effectively.
• Processing service requests for vehicles, drivers, lienholders, and policy documents.
• Contributing feedback to make the product better and ship improvements quickly.
