You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn insurance concepts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through inbound phone interactions.
• Assist customers with policy servicing requests, policy updates, billing inquiries, and general questions.
• Explain insurance products, coverage information, and policy details within non-licensed scope.
• Document interactions and maintain detailed records in company systems.
• Research and resolve customer concerns while ensuring a positive experience.
• Navigate multiple systems to access accounts and complete transactions.
• Adhere to policies, compliance, and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities to transfer customers to licensed agents when required.
• Meet performance expectations for quality, productivity, attendance, and satisfaction.
