Afni, Inc. is seeking non-licensed Insurance Service Representatives to handle policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance services from a home-based setup in North Carolina.

You will be the primary contact for customers, delivering a high-quality service experience in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a desire to learn insurance concepts.

Job Summary

We are seeking customer-focused and detail-oriented Non-Licensed Insurance Service Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for customers, providing support with policy inquiries, account maintenance, billing questions, and general insurance-related services.

Representatives will focus on delivering an exceptional customer experience while assisting customers with service needs. Successful candidates are professional communicators who enjoy helping others, solving problems, and working in a fast-paced environment.

***You must live in North Carolina to be eligible for this position.***

Key Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service through inbound phone interactions.

• Experience meeting quality and productivity goals.
