Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions by partnering with experienced reps.
• Review and process RFPs and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with outreach, meetings, follow-ups, and account management.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare insurance products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events, and training programs to expand knowledge.
• Maintain accurate activity records, CRM updates, and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and internal partners to support new opportunities.
• Progress through structured training toward advancement into a full Sales Representative role.
