Job summary

Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to join a growing team. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships as you learn the insurance sales business from the ground up.

You will partner with experienced reps, support outreach and account management, and attend broker meetings to develop consultative sales skills. Progression to a full Sales Representative role is structured.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Risk Management, Communications, or a related field.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.
• Internship, part-time work, customer-facing experience, sales experience, athletics, leadership involvement, or other experiences showing drive and competitiveness.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales reps to learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Support prospect and broker outreach, meeting coordination and pipeline management.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training.
• Develop understanding of underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences, broker events and training programs to expand industry knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and sales reporting.
• Progress through a structured training program toward a full Sales Representative role.
