The candidate will work remotely within the continental United States, building strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills for a long-term career in insurance sales.

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills required.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated work ethic, initiative, and willingness to learn.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions with seasoned sales reps and develop consultative skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and communicate underwriting considerations to brokers.
• Support sales with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, follow-ups, and account management.
• Participate in meetings with brokers, agencies, business owners, and prospective clients to observe the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through structured training.
