Great American Employer Health Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative in the United States. This developmental role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to underwriting and broker relationships, with the potential to grow into a full Sales Representative position.

You will join a team focused on employer health solutions, benefit packages, and relationship-building with brokers and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Demonstrated work ethic and initiative.
• Comfortable building professional relationships with leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Partner with experienced sales representatives to learn Employer Health Solutions and develop consultative sales skills.
• Review and process Requests for Proposal (RFPs) and analyze opportunities with brokers regarding underwriting and eligibility.
• Support the sales team with prospect outreach, meeting coordination, follow-up, and account management tasks.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, owners, and prospective clients to learn the sales process.
• Build knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training and on-the-job experience.
• Learn underwriting guidelines, healthcare products, and market dynamics.
