The role supports remote work across the continental United States, with opportunities to learn about Level Funded health plans and medical stop loss for employer groups under 100 employees.

• Comfortable building professional relationships with business leaders and insurance professionals.

Responsibilities

• Learn Employer Health Solutions business by partnering with experienced sales reps.
• Review RFPs, analyze opportunities, and communicate underwriting considerations.
• Support the sales team with outreach, meetings, and account management tasks.
• Attend meetings with brokers, agencies, and prospective clients to gain exposure to the sales process.
• Develop knowledge of Medical Stop Loss and Level Funded Health Plans through training.
• Understand underwriting guidelines and market dynamics.
• Attend industry conferences and broker events to expand knowledge.
• Maintain activity records and assist with CRM updates and pipeline management.
• Collaborate with underwriting and partners to support new opportunities.
• Progress through a structured trainee program to advance to a full Sales Rep role.
