Job summary

Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships.

You will engage local customers in person and over the phone, develop a pipeline through community involvement, and partner with leadership on local marketing initiatives to maximize sales opportunities and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support business growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
