Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C license preferred or must obtain licensure within 90 days of joining.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community to support growth.
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities.
