Direct Auto Insurance is seeking a Direct Sales Agent Specialist to drive growth by acquiring new business, cross-selling, and retaining customers. The role involves local outreach, in-store and phone-based sales, and building lasting customer relationships.

You will develop a strong local pipeline, engage with dealerships and events, and collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives while staying current on products and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of sales experience preferred.
• P&C licensing preferred or must attain licensure within 90 days.
• Strong communication and customer-service skills.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention.
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline with local lead generation and referrals.
• Develop relationships within the community (dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth.
• Outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales.
• Partner with leadership on sales and local marketing initiatives.
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition.
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations.
