Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive new business growth from a remote location in the United States. You will qualify leads, present coverage options, and guide clients through the sales process, collaborating with renewal and service teams for seamless transitions.

The role requires 1–3 years of sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and proficiency with CRM tools.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Florida 2-20 Insurance License, or 20-44 for Personal Lines assignment.
• Knowledge of insurance products, coverages, and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle from qualification to closing.
• Conduct needs-based assessments and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare quotes and proposals for carriers and clients.
• Maintain accurate client records and pipeline in the agency system.
• Collaborate with Renewal and Service teams for smooth client handover.
