Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist for a remote, full-time role in the United States. You will drive new business by qualifying leads, presenting coverage options, and managing the full sales lifecycle from initial contact to close.

You will work with a pillar Director and collaborate with Renewal, Service, and Account Support teams to ensure smooth transitions from consultation to policy implementation and ongoing service.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• Florida 2-20 Insurance License, or Florida 20-44 for Personal Lines-only assignment.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, cross-sell opportunities, and other sales initiatives.
• Manage the full sales lifecycle, including lead qualification, client consultation, proposal development, and closing new business.
• Conduct needs-based assessments to understand client and prospect exposures and recommend appropriate coverage options.
• Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and coverage recommendations clearly and professionally.
• Follow up consistently on new business opportunities and marketing-generated leads to support conversion and sales growth.
• Maintain individual sales performance metrics and contribute to overall team production goals.
• Collaborate with Service Specialists and Account Support Associates to support accurate applications and policy setup.
