Patriot Growth Insurance Services is seeking a Client Services Specialist to support clients’ insurance needs remotely. You will coordinate service tasks across the account lifecycle, process endorsements and policy changes, and ensure accurate records while collaborating with Sales and Renewal teams.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, timely communication, and adherence to carrier requirements, with opportunities for continuing education and diverse benefits.

• Experience handling client inquiries and coordinating service tasks.
