Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services LLC is seeking a Sales Specialist to drive new business by connecting clients with insurance solutions that meet their needs. You will qualify leads, present coverage options, and guide prospects through the sales process with clear communication and strong support from multiple teams.

You will work across Personal and Commercial lines and collaborate with Renewals, Service, and Account Support to ensure a smooth transition from consultation to policy

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of sales, account management, or customer service experience.
• Florida 2-20 Insurance License, or Florida 20-44 for Personal Lines—if applicable.
• Strong knowledge of insurance products and underwriting principles.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business through inbound leads, referrals, and cross-sell opportunities.
• Manage full sales lifecycle: qualification, consulting, proposals, closing.
• Prepare quotes and coverage recommendations for clients.
• Maintain pipeline and client records in the agency system.
