Job summary

Patriot Growth Insurance Services, LLC is seeking a Personal Lines Sales Executive to deliver tailored insurance solutions, win new business, and upsell existing accounts. You will advise clients on coverage options and ensure they receive the best value for their coverage.

You will build relationships with clients, assess exposures, and explain coverages, while collaborating with other departments to offer comprehensive programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Massachusetts Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Responsibilities

• Seek new business by developing leads and prospects through marketing initiatives, centers of influence, and referrals.
• Respond to inquiries with personalized service by phone, walk-in, or referral.
• Handle all sales not Producer-generated.
• Assist clients in rounding out and upselling accounts.
• Analyze clients’ policies and exposures and recommend suitable programs.
• Provide education on policy terms and payment expectations.
