Qualifications

• Minimum 2–4 years in sales, account management, customer service or related client-facing role.
• Florida 2-20 Property & Casualty License or Florida 20-44 Personal Lines License.
• Strong knowledge of personal lines insurance products and client service practices.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen client relationships with clients, carriers, producers and internal partners.
• Manage policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and service requests with accuracy and speed.
• Review policy documentation and coverage changes to ensure alignment with carrier requirements and compliance.
• Coordinate new business onboarding for a seamless transition to ongoing account service.
• Identify gaps and opportunities, supporting producers to retain and grow client business.
• Facilitate clear communication between clients, carriers and internal teams to resolve issues.
