The Direct Sales Agent Specialist will drive profitable growth by generating new business, cross-selling existing customers, and building lasting relationships through community involvement and outbound prospecting.

You will maintain a strong book of business, develop local partnerships, and stay informed on products and underwriting guidelines.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of experience.
• P&C licensing (Preferred) or must attain required licensure within 90 days of joining the company.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales goals through new business, cross-sell, and retention
• Build and maintain a consistent pipeline, including local lead generation and referrals
• Develop relationships within the community (e.g., dealerships, events, local partners) to support business growth
• Conduct outbound prospecting and follow-ups to convert opportunities into sales
• Partner with leadership to support sales and local marketing initiatives
• Stay informed on products, underwriting guidelines, and market competition
• Deliver results aligned with performance standards, compliance requirements, and customer experience expectations
