UniTrust Financial Group is seeking a motivated Remote Insurance Sales Consultant to join our all-remote team. You will meet virtually with prospective clients to identify their needs and tailor suitable protection solutions, with no door-to-door selling or cold calls.

Licensed training is provided, and you can work full-time or part-time. The role emphasizes a consultative approach, strong communication, and the ability to manage your schedule and follow-up to build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently.
• Able to follow a structured sales process and accept coaching.
• Comfortable communicating with clients by phone and video.
• Organized and consistent with follow-up.
• Available to work full-time or part-time.
• Willing to obtain a state insurance license; licensing training and guidance provided.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through phone and virtual appointments.
