Jerry.ai, a remote-first insurance platform, is seeking candidates for Customer Operations on sales and service paths. You will help customers with auto and home policies, uncover coverage gaps, and guide them through the app with a focus on service quality and problem solving.

The role offers an hourly wage with uncapped commissions for sales, equity opportunities, and a fully remote environment with equipment provided.

Qualifications

• Prior work experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality is a plus, but not required.
• Genuinely friendly and positive attitude and willingness to work as a team

Responsibilities

• Taking great care of our customers and proactively identifying needs like coverage gaps or discounts.
• Answering inbound calls from customers shopping auto, home, motorcycle, and other policies.
• Getting deep on the product and helping customers navigate the app with many carriers.
• Solving problems to remove barriers between customers and the right coverage.
• Processing service requests — vehicles, drivers, lienholders, policy documents.
• Suggesting product improvements based on customer feedback and usage insights
