Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in sales or high‑touch service environments.
• Empathy, warmth, and active listening to build trust with customers.
• Strong prioritization and attention to detail in fast‑paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls for auto, home, motorcycle, and specialty insurance with energy and care.
• Educate customers on savings and coverage gaps; translate policy details clearly.
• Craft tailored policy packages across 55+ carrier partners and close coverage.
• Listen to customer hesitation and address concerns for a smooth purchasing experience.
• Provide customer feedback to product teams to refine app and services.
