AmeriLife is seeking a fully remote sales professional to drive revenue by recruiting and supporting insurance producers. You will build relationships, promote agent recruitment, and utilize Crump resources to maximize territory potential, with a focus on selling life insurance and related products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Two years of work experience in life insurance industry, with one year in a sales support role.
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment; proficient in Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to analyze problems and develop solutions; strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Know-how of insurance industry concepts, underwriting basics and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information.
• Maintain and grow team sales goals in coordination with sales resources.
• Proactive calling to all assigned agents to build territory.
• Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing groups to maximize revenue potential.
• Partner with sales resources in all aspects of producer development.
• Call on lower producing agents in a sales capacity.
• Maintain proactive relationships with sales, operations, agents, and solution centers.
• Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex illustrations and consult on creative solutions.
• Effectively utilize company client management system to manage the sales process.
