Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a sales-focused professional for a fully remote role focused on driving revenue by building strong relationships with insurance producers. You will recruit agents, manage a book of business, and consult on illustrations and product information to support sales campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, with one year in a sales support role.
• Experience in agent recruitment and working with producers to grow book of business.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas.
• Proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business.
• Develops relationships with producers, promoting agent recruiting and retention through campaigns and illustrations.
• Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information.
• Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations consulting on creative solutions.
• Effectively utilize company client management system to manage sales process.
