Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a remote sales professional to drive revenue by building strong relationships with life insurance producers and recruiting new agents. You will promote product information and work with a national team to meet sales goals.

This role emphasizes customer service, use of a client management system, and collaboration with operations to support agents. A Bachelor’s degree and life insurance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education or training.
• Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry.
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
• Understanding of sales concepts, illustrations, and underwriting process.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Proactively call agents and recruit new agents to grow the book of business.
• Develop relationships with producers, promoting recruiting and retention.
• Coordinate with sales resources on producer development.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
