Job summary

AmeriLife, a leader in annuity, life and health insurance solutions, seeks a remote Sales Support professional to drive sales and recruit agents. You will build relationships with producers, discuss illustrations and product information, and coordinate with the sales team to meet quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education.
• Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry.
• One year of experience in a sales support role.
• Understanding of illustrations and underwriting processes.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and customer service tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build strong relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet quotas.
• Proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business.
• Maintain and grow team sales goals in coordination with sales resources.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex illustrations and discuss product information.
