Job summary

AmeriLife is a leading provider of annuity, life and health insurance solutions, offering remote, home-based roles to support agents, marketers and carrier partners. The position focuses on building relationships with producers, recruiting new agents and driving revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives.

The role emphasizes recruiting, agent development and utilization of Crump resources, with a remote-work setup and a strong emphasis on collaboration across sales and operations teams.

Qualifications

• Required qualifications include strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
• Effective time management and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team environment.
• Experience with PCs in a Windows environment and basic computer applications.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, with one year in a sales support role.

Responsibilities

• Builds relationships with key producers to discuss complex sales concepts, marketing campaigns, and product information.
• Maintain and grow team sales goal in coordination with sales resources.
• Proactive calling to all assigned agents to build territory.
• Develop new business by recruiting new agents and growing existing agent groups to maximize revenue potential.
• Partner with sales resources in all aspects of producer development.
• Be able to call on lower producing agents in a sales capacity.
• Maintain a proactive and supportive relationship with the sales, operations teams, the assigned group of agents, and solution centers.
• Develop expert knowledge of products, carriers, and Crump resources.
• Coordinate with sales team and producers to run complex and advanced illustrations consulting on creative solutions
• Effectively utilize company client management system to manage sales process
