Job summary

AmeriLife is seeking a fully remote Sales Support professional to drive relationships with producers, generate revenue and meet sales quotas. You will recruit new agents, build a book of business, and promote product information, campaigns and illustrations.

Candidates should have life insurance industry knowledge, excellent telephone etiquette, and proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent and two years in life insurance (one year in sales support) are

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education, training and work-related experience.
• Two years of work experience in the life insurance industry, with one year in a sales support role.
• Understanding of sales concepts, illustrations, and the underwriting process.
• Excellent telephone etiquette skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of Insurance industry, life and other related insurance products and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and build relationships with producers to generate revenue and meet sales quotas.
• Proactively calls agents and recruits new agents to build a book of business.
• Develops working relationships with producers, promoting recruitment and retention through campaigns and illustrations.
• Maintain and grow team sales goals in coordination with sales resources.
• Partner with sales resources in producer development.
• Call on lower producing agents in a sales capacity.
• Coordinate with sales teams to run complex illustrations and creative solutions.
• Utilize the client management system to manage the sales process.
• Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers.
